I need to get my book to be reviewed by the New York book review. Help?

you probably mean the New York Times Book Review
which probably only covers less than 1 % of all books published in USA. You (or better your agent) really has to be extremely creative. If your book is less than $5 cost, I suggest you mail one to every NYT reviewer. Hate to let you know that
99% will end up in their trash.
