in this book, everyone starts to decide which colleges they are going to. serena gets into every single college she applied to. and blair gets out on the wait list for yale. nate gets into some of the colleges he applied to including yale. serena and nate dont want to tell blair about getting into yale, they know that she will get very mad. dan and vanessa brake up at her 18th birthday party. also blair’s mom starts to have contractions at blair’s school. blair and her mom rush to the hospital. when blair’s new baby sister (yale) is born, blair hardly ever leaves her side. when blair takes nate to show him yale, they start to kiss and then they go over to his house. in the end they end up losing it together. (well blair does anyway)
