How to write a book review for english class?

You should include the plot, symbolism, characters, climax, all the things that draw you into the story and why, give insight and show connections between the story and real life or the historical relationship.
You should give a brief summary of the plot but do not reveal the ending. You might also write briefly of character traits. Think of what you do for a book report but at a more advanced level.
